Specialty Sweets, Coconut raspberry mini bundt cake


We start with our vanilla mini bundt cake and add a generous dallop of raspberry jam in the center. We then finish it off with our famous cream cheese frosting and organic coconut flakes. A taste of GF heaven for sure!!
